Abstract
The task of the work is to comprehensively analyze the prerequisites and causes of intra-organizational clashes in the university and their classification, substantiate the direct influence of factors affecting the external and internal environment of the university, as prerequisites for intra-organizational clashes.
The relevance of the problem of conflict management in an educational organization is due to the need to prevent the occurrence of negative conflicts, the constructiveness of inevitable conflict situations:
The study of the article is based on the methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific information, generalization of facts and provisions and monitoring the behavior of university staff in a conflict situation.
As a result of the study, it can be argued that an intra-organizational clash in a university is a contradiction that occurs within the university and between its structural divisions, members of the labor collective, which is mainly due to the influence of objective factors and requires the search for its constructive solution aimed at the development of the university:
